Cancellation Policy

Upon booking, half of the total amount of your session is due as a retainer. This will go towards reserving your time slot, and any necessary shoot expenses for props, lighting, or additional staff. Cancelling and rescheduling ARE permitted up to 24 hours before your booked shoot time. Failure to notify us of a shoot change in this time-frame will result in forfeiture of the full amount of your deposit. By agreeing book with Kustom Kapture, you also agree to our Model Entertainment Release; allowing us to use your images for any marketing, commerce, ecommerce, or business needs that we see appropriate, so long as it does not tarnish or harm your image.
